Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei - During a recent media conference, the Acting Minister of Education addressed issues concerning spoiled take-away food that affected the Royal Wedding Procession. Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin, the Acting Minister, revealed that the problem included the supply of 775 bread buns for three schools, which were unsuitable for consumption.
According to Radio Television Brunei, they were responsible for coordinating the supply of 23,800 take-away food items for students and 15,700 for civil servants during the event. The spoiled food, which gained attention on social media, was primarily for civil servants, although there were some isolated cases involving students as well.
