Special Law Lecture at UNISSA Focuses on Contract Law Development

Bandar Seri Begawan: The Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA, hosted a special law lecture at the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Faculty of Law on the afternoon of February 26th.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the lecture was attended by Dato Seri Setia Doctor Haji Norarfan bin Haji Zainal, Rector of UNISSA. The event featured a lecture titled ‘Development of Contract Law: by the Supreme Court,’ delivered by The Right Honourable Lord Patrick Stewart Hodge, Deputy President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. The lecture aimed to provide law students, academics, and the community with insights into various legal issues and the challenges faced by countries in upholding justice.
