Kiulap: Twenty orphans and children from select groups were the recipients of donations and zakat, or tithe, during the Sentuhan Kasih Syawal ceremony. This event was organized by SMFZ Event Planner and Management, Kencana Laila Entertainment, and the Impian Cahaya Iman Project, taking place at a caf© in Kiulap on the afternoon of April 17th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the donations were presented by Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, a Member of the Legislative Council. The ceremony aimed to promote a culture of sharing and foster compassion within the community. In addition to supporting orphans and children, contributions were also presented to two outstanding students recognized for their achievements in academics and Al-Qur'an memorization, encouraging them to continue their pursuit of knowledge.
