Renewable energy, technology, business transformation and industrial infrastructure were among those discussed at the Roundtable Meeting related to investment and business opportunities organised by the Brunei Economic Development Board, BEDB. The meeting was held at the Sofitel Darling Harbour Hotel in Sydney.
The meeting was participated by the representatives from various companies and sectors, where they were provided with an overview of the business landscape in Brunei Darussalam, priority sectors identified under the Brunei Economic Blueprint, and investment facilitation services offered by BEDB to support potential investors. The meeting was participated by Daniel Leong, Acting Chief Executive Officer of BEDB and His Excellency Garry Ibrahim, High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to Australia. The Meeting was held a day after the Australia-ASEAN Business Forum at the Sydney Convention Centre, with aimed to enhance economic and trade linkages between the two regions.
