Reminder for Annual Land Tax Payment Issued to Registered Landowners

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN – Registered landowners in Brunei are being reminded of the importance of settling their annual land tax payments. The government has provided several options for payment to facilitate this process.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Payments can be made at the Land Office’s payment counters in every district. The counters operate from Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and from 1:45 PM to 3:00 PM. On Saturdays, the counters are open until 2:45 PM. While cheque payments are accepted only in the morning, online banking options are also available. For Temporary Occupation License (LTS) lands, annual payments can only be made at the Payment Counter at the Land District Office.
