BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The Asia Pacific Airlines has recorded a significant increase in the number of international passengers and air cargo demand during the first nine months of 2024. The Acting Chief Operations Officer of Royal Brunei Airlines, in an interview with RTB, explained that the latest data showed continued growth in international passenger numbers and air cargo demand, reflecting a strong recovery in the regional aviation industry.

According to Radio Television Brunei, The surge in international passenger numbers indicates a robust rebound in travel activities post-pandemic, with more individuals and businesses opting for air travel. Additionally, the increased demand for air cargo services suggests that economic activities in the region are gaining momentum, further boosting the aviation sector.
