Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Mosque Hosts World Quran Hour

Bandar Seri Begawan: The Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Mosque Takmir Committee in Kampung Sungai Akar organized the ‘World Quran Hour’ event at the mosque on the afternoon of March 25th. The event featured the recitation and Tadabbur of Surah As-Saff.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was attended by Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Suyoi bin Haji Osman, a Member of the Legislative Council. This global event, which the Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Mosque hosted for Brunei Darussalam, aims to bring communities together in the shared experience of Quranic recitation.

Also present at the event was Pengiran Datin Seri Paduka Hajah Zety Sufina binti Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Sani, the Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Fiscal. The World Quran Hour is part of a series of international gatherings focused on Quranic recitation and reflection, where participants engage in spiritual reflection and community bonding through the shared recitation of the Quran.
