Post: Qiamullail Ramadhan Programme Unites Worshippers Across Brunei

Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Religious Affairs recently orchestrated the Qiamullail Ramadhan Programme, which was conducted simultaneously across the nation to encourage worshippers to engage in this significant Islamic practice. The main event for the Brunei Muara District was held at Jame' 'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah, Kampung Kiarong, with the presence of several Cabinet Ministers and Deputy Ministers. This early morning gathering on March 15th included the mass Sunat Tasbih Prayer, followed by the recitation of Wirid and Doa of Sunat Tasbih Prayer, Doa Munajat, and Doa Peliharakan Sultan and Negara Brunei Darussalam.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme also took place in other districts. In the Belait District, the event was held at Kampung Pandan National Housing Scheme, Kuala Belait, and was attended by Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, the Acting Belait District Officer. In Tutong District, the programme occurred at Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque, Tutong Town, with participation from Awang Haji Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer.

The Utama Mohammad Salleh Mosque in Bangar Town was the focal point for the programme in Temburong District. The initiative aimed not only to glorify the mosque but also to enhance the bonds among the congregants, promoting unity and spirituality during the blessed month of Ramadhan.
