Princess Azemah Graces Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration at Pusat Ehsan

Kampung Bengkurong: Her Royal Highness Princess Azemah Ni’matul Bolkiah binti His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Chairperson of Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam, graced a Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration organized by the centre. The event was held on the afternoon of April 13th at the centre, hosted by Doctor Murali Rao and Doctor Sumaya Rao from the Premier Dental and Orthodontic Center. Upon her arrival, Her Royal Highness was welcomed by Pengiran Datin Hajah Noraini binti Pengiran Dipa Negara Laila Diraja Pengiran Haji Abdul Momin, Executive Trustee of Pusat Ehsan.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Bahar ibni Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Digadong Sahibul Mal Pengiran Muda Haji Jefri Bolkiah was also present at the event. The ceremony commenced with the reading of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat, led by Awang Sanif bin Haji Tarip, the Head Religious Teacher at the centre.

Doctor Murali Rao delivered a speech highlighting that Hari Raya Aidilfitri serves as an opportunity to foster bonds of friendship, goodness, and mutual respect. This was followed by an appreciation speech by Awang Mohamad Norhan bin Haji Mohd Noh, a student of the centre. Her Royal Highness was presented with a donation amounting to $10,000.

During the celebration, students of Pusat Ehsan received green packets, and the event featured a variety of games and fun activities, making it an enjoyable occasion for all attendees.
