Launching of Customer Service Hub by MPABD
Muara: The Maritime and Port Authority of Brunei Darussalam, MPABD, launched the Customer Service Hub, an initiative to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through an integrated service structure. The launching took place at the MPABD headquarters in Muara, 21st August afternoon.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was inaugurated by Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications, who is also the Chairman of MPABD. The hub’s establishment aimed to provide clients with a one-stop service centre for enquiries or services offered by MPABD and complements the various available online services.
