PANTAI JERUDONG - The Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre (PJSC) has initiated a public forum to enhance awareness of men's health, encouraging a holistic approach to wellbeing.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the forum, titled 'Strengthening Men's Health: A Holistic Approach', was launched on the 1st of November as part of the 'Movember' campaign, a month dedicated to emphasizing men's health. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Haji Mazrul Adimin bin Haji Awang Besar, Executive Director of PJSC, and Dr. Meera Sahib Kabeer, Medical Director of PJSC. This year's forum was organized by The Brunei Cancer Centre, focusing on fostering awareness, knowledge, and open dialogue about various aspects of men's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The event featured three panelists who discussed a range of topics, including the importance of screenings, preventive measures, motivational insights, and setting health goals.
