Brunei darussalam: The 'Operasi Kakas JIPK 2026' continues to be implemented by the Department of Immigration and National Registration to curb immigration offenders in Brunei Darussalam. Recently, the law enforcement operation was carried out in Mukim Kilanas, targeting fruits and vegetable stalls.
According to Radio Television Brunei, during the inspection, one foreign national was apprehended and brought to the Law Enforcement Section for further investigation. The individual failed to present valid documentation and is believed to be working not with the original employer and not according to the position stated in the passport.
