Post: Nursing and Midwifery Leadership Forum Focuses on Skills Development in Brunei

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Nursing and Midwifery Leadership and Management Forum, aimed at empowering nurses and midwives in Brunei, was held on the morning of 12th November at the Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Institute of Health Sciences, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

According to Radio Television Brunei, PENJURU, the forum was conducted in collaboration with the Nursing and Midwifery Programme of the Institute. The event emphasized the importance of staying abreast with the latest developments and transformations in the health service system.

The forum saw participation from over 200 individuals and focused on a range of topics pivotal to the nursing and midwifery profession. These included enhancing knowledge and skills, developing positive attitudes towards the profession, and honing the ability to analyze problems effectively. The event also aimed to foster collaboration with the community and equip nursing and midwifery professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties efficiently. The forum underscores the ongoing commitment to improving leadership and management skills among nurses and midwives in Brunei.
