Post: Scout Movement’s Future Discussed at Brunei Annual Meeting

Bandar seri begawan: The development and direction of the Scout movement in Brunei Darussalam were among the topics discussed during the Annual General Meeting of the Scouts Association for 2026. The meeting was held at the association's headquarters building at the Scouts Complex, Jalan Gadong.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the agenda included the confirmation of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2025 and the Secretary General's Report. Additionally, voting took place to select two National Scouts Council Members for the term 2025-2028, with candidates Awang Haji Badar bin Haji Ali and Awang Haji Rusli bin Haji Md. Salleh. The meeting serves as an important platform in ensuring that the governance of the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association continues to be strengthened, while also providing an opportunity for members to contribute to the progress and development of the Scouts movement in the country.
