National Vaccination Programme, COVID-19 Mobile Vaccination Clinic

The Minister of Health shared that on 30th of November 2021, 1,271 individuals have received the COVID-19 vaccine injection.

Under the National Vaccination Programme, 403,675 individuals have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, 93.9 percent of the total population while 348,775 individuals have completed the second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 81.1 percent of the total population. In addition, the Ministry of Health informed that the Mobile Vaccination Clinic for COVID-19 will be conducted at the Pengkalan Batu Health Centre on Friday, 3rd of December 2021 from 9 in the morning to 12 NOON and on Sunday, 5th of December 2021 from 9 in the morning to 2.30 in the afternoon specifically for residents at the Mukim Pengkalan Batu and its surroundings aged 18 years old and above, who have not received the COVID-19 vaccine, and those scheduled for the second dose vaccination. In addition, the house-to-house vaccination service will be conducted today, 2nd of December 2021.

The local residents at the area who wish to get the COVID-19 vaccination can do so via walk-in by bringing along their identification card or passport; Bru-HIMS card if available; and their COVID-19 Vaccination Card for individuals receiving their second doses. For individuals requiring transportation assistance to the clinic, they can inform the village head. Meanwhile, for individuals who are unable to go to the health centre due to medical reasons or mobility difficulty, they can register or be registered via the village head for vaccinations at their respective homes. The 'Operasi Peralihan' carried out from 10 in the evening until 4 in the morning, there was no violation of the directive nationwide.
