Gadong: The strategic collaboration between Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA, and Brunei Fertilizer Industries Sendirian Berhad, BFI, will be an important foundation in further strengthening the relationship between academia and industry, while contributing to the country's socio-economic development. The collaboration was strengthened with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding at UNISSA, Gadong Campus.
According to Radio Television Brunei, representing UNISSA was Dato Seri Setia Doctor Haji Norarfan bin Haji Zainal, Rector of UNISSA, while BFI was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Doctor Harri Kiiski. Such collaboration will strengthen synergies through the implementation of joint research, sharing of expertise, scientific publications, and exchange of relevant resources.
