Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism Holds Ilal Hijrah Celebration

Bandar Seri Begawan – The Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism commemorated the Ilal Hijrah 1446 with a special ceremony on the afternoon of July 17th.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, the Minister, graced the event which included a Hijrah Special Talk by Awang Ahmad Muzhafar bin Haji Marsidi from the Islamic Da’wah Centre. The talk, titled “Memelihara Akal, Masyarakat Sejahtera” or “Protecting Mind, Prosperous Society,” focused on the importance of intellectual preservation for societal welfare.

The event underscored the ministry’s commitment to integrating cultural heritage into the advancement of national tourism and primary resources.
