Bandar Seri Begawan: An array of authentic Malaysian cuisines such as Nasi Kandar, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Dagang, Laksa, and Nasi Kerabu will be served at the Malaysian Food Festival. Organised by the High Commission of Malaysia in collaboration with Rizqun International Hotel and Tourism Malaysia, the festival will be held from 15th to 17th November. According to Radio Television Brunei, among those present were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism; Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development; Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications; and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Also present was His Excellency Datuk Mohd Aini Atan, High Commissioner-Designate of Malaysia. The Malaysian food festival aims to promote and enhance the profile of Malaysian cuisines to the country's communities.
