Berakas: The Local Food Festival is being held at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in the Berakas area. The festival, which runs until this Sunday, was inaugurated on 29th May afternoon.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Berhormat Awang Zainal bin Haji Mohamed, Member of the Legislative Council, launched the festival. The event features full participation from local traders. The event organiser, Starbugs Event Management, aims to garner strong support from the community to help local entrepreneurs upgrade their businesses to a higher level and compete in the wider market. The festival also includes family-oriented recreational activities such as train games, archery, and go-karting.
