Post: KUPU SB Strengthens Global Education Ties at International Conference

Thailand: The Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB, has reinforced its commitment to enhancing educational excellence and fostering international collaboration by participating in the 12th International Conference on Education Reform (ICER) 2026 and the 8th Annual General Meeting of the Board of Directors. The event took place in Thailand and was organized by the Faculty of Education, Mahasarakham University (MSU) in cooperation with the Consortium of Asia-Pacific Education Universities (CAPEU).

According to Radio Television Brunei, the conference and meeting gathered academics, researchers, and education practitioners from various regional and international higher education institutions. The focus was on discussing current issues, innovations, and reforms in education. Representing KUPU SB were Associate Professor Dr Abdul Nasir bin Haji Abdul Rani, the Ra'es of KUPU SB, and Awang Ahmad Humaizi bin Haji Samihon, Deputy Dean for Education, Faculty of Education and Social Sciences.

The KUPU SB delegation, led by the Ra'es, participated in the 8th Annual General Meeting of the CAPEU Board of Directors. The meeting, which included 25 university representatives, involved discussions on activity reports and explored opportunities for academic and research collaboration between member institutions.
