Berakas, Brunei Darussalam - The Knowledge Convention 2023 Seminar, focusing on the concepts of munajat and repentance in Islam, was held at the International Convention Centre in Berakas on the afternoon of 23rd November. The event was attended by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the seminar featured 14 working papers presented by experts in Islamic knowledge and education from within the country, discussing topics related to the theme of the Knowledge Convention. Professor Dato Doctor Haji Zulkifly bin Muda, Dean of the Faculty of Syariah and Law at Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, delivered a paper titled 'Taubat Pemangkin Ketenteraman Hati: Satu Kajian analitikal Terhadap Dimensi.' Additionally, Dato Seri Setia Doctor Haji Japar bin Haji Mat Dain @ Maidin, Deputy State Mufti, presented on 'Kepentingan taubat dalam Munajat.' Doctor Haji Harapandi bin Dahri, Senior Assistant Professor at the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, discussed 'Munajat dan Taubat: Kedekatan Spiritual dan Kepentingannya.'
