Post: Kasih Ramadhan Programme Supports Supervised Peers in Tutong District

Tutong: The Prisons Department, Ministry of Home Affairs, through its Rehabilitation and Reintegration Division, organized the Kasih Ramadhan Programme to aid Supervised Peers. The event, held in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan, took place at the Prisons Department Training Centre in Tutong District.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Awang Bahrin bin Mohammad Yassin, Acting Director of Prisons. The ceremony featured the reading of Tadarus Al-Qur'an by the Prisons Department officers and staff, along with a Ramadhan talk. Additionally, donations in the form of basic food items were presented to 30 supervised peers, courtesy of Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) and the Aftercare Support Association (AFSA).
