Jerudong: Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) celebrated a significant advancement in Brunei’s healthcare sector with the induction of five new students into its third cohort of the JPMC Scholarship Programme. The JPMC Scholarship Award Signing Ceremony took place on the afternoon of 10th July in Jerudong.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, the Minister of Health and Chairman and Executive Director of JPMC. The Scholarship Programme offers comprehensive support, including full financial assistance, academic training, hands-on clinical experience, and a structured career pathway at JPMC. Since the programme’s inception in 2023, it has empowered 18 students to contribute to delivering healthcare in Brunei.
