Jerudong: JPMC College of Health Sciences remains committed to advancing the profession of nursing through high-quality education and clinical excellence. An Open Day was held at the College in the capital on the morning of 24th June. It was designed not only to highlight the college’s robust academic programs and world-class resources but also to raise awareness about the vital role nurses play in shaping the future of healthcare in Brunei Darussalam.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event began with a symbolic gesture as Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health, and Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Minister of Education, inscribed inspiring messages to encourage and uplift the college students. The open day included an exclusive tour of the college’s training facilities, such as the Body Interact Lab, Simulation Ward, and Operating Theatre, offering a firsthand look at the college’s real-world approach to healthcare education.
