Dakwah efforts need to be inline with the world's current situation on religious issues. Dakwah that is accompanied and supported by knowledge is vital in order to convey what is right to a specific target. Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti stated the matter at the launching of the International Seminar on Usuluddin Education at Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB.
While presenting a premier paper, the State Mufti stressed that empowering dakwah must be through wisdom and good advice. If the wisdom and advice are insufficient and ineffective, it means that the dakwah has yet to be empowered. Hence, the da'ie were reminded to be ready to discuss with their targets in a better way.
The 2-day seminar acts as a platform to increase knowledge on dakwah with realistic and strategic issues to empower an effective dakwah movement. With the theme 'Memperkasa Kualiti Da'ie,' the seminar is organised by KUPU SB in collaboration with Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University and the Islamic Da'wah Centre.
