The individual is believed to have committed an offence under Section 12 bracket one 'D', which includes dumping, spilling, or scattering materials such as dust, sand, clay, compost, gravel, grass, thatch, sawdust, ash, garden waste, shed waste, business waste, fertilizer, garbage, or any other goods and materials in a public place, whether from a moving vehicle or otherwise. According to Radio Television Brunei, the Belait District Office's Enforcement Unit is reminding individuals and corporate bodies to adhere to the country's regulations and laws.
