A foreign woman and a local man were detained by the Anti-Vice and Gambling Suppression Unit, Criminal Investigation Department, Royal Brunei Police Force, RBPF. Both suspects were arrested in a raid targeting immoral activities in the Bandar Seri Begawan area.
The inspection also found evidence believed to be for the purpose of immoral activities. Both suspects were taken to the Criminal Investigation Department and investigated under Section 294(A), for the offence of solicitation and 294(B), for the offence of paying for immoral services, of the Penal Code Chapter 22.
