Temburong District, Brunei Darussalam - A group of 39 students from the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) School of Hospitality and Tourism visited the Orang Kaya Sura Haji Tuba Community Hall in Kampung.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Senukoh on the morning of November 7th. The study visit provided these students with a practical insight into the village’s traditional noodle-making process. This educational excursion is part of IBTE's initiative to offer real-world experience in local culinary techniques to its students.
