Bandar seri begawan: By command of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, The Office of His Majesty The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, hereby announced that: His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, has graciously named his granddaughter, the daughter of His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Anisha Rosnah binti Adam as Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Zahra Mariam Bolkiah Binti Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda 'Abdul Mateen.
According to Radio Television Brunei, on this occasion, His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha, along with other members of the Royal Family, expressed gratitude to all those involved and to everyone who conveyed their messages of congratulations and greetings. Their Majesties' granddaughter was born safely on Sunday, 20th of Syaaban, 1447 corresponding to 8th of February, 2026, at 8.50 in the morning.
