Bandar seri begawan: By command of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, it is announced that His Majesty has consented to appoint and promote Yang Mulia Syed Azmal bin Syed Ali, the Deputy Director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, to the position of Director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the appointment and promotion of Yang Mulia Syed Azmal bin Syed Ali will take effect from Thursday, 17th Zulhijjah, 1447, which corresponds to the 4th of June, 2026.
