Penang: Four students have embarked on a journey to participate in the 14th Regional Congress Search for SEAMEO Young Scientists Programme. They left the country on the morning of 8th February to attend the event in Malaysia, scheduled from 9th to 12th February. The programme is themed "Greenovate: Youth Turning Vision into Action for a Sustainable Future."
According to Radio Television Brunei, the departure was witnessed at Brunei International Airport by Awang Haji Metusin bin Haji Jais, the Head of the Science, Technology, and Environment Partnership (STEP) Centre. The programme offers participants the chance to apply principles from STEM fields to develop innovative research projects and products aimed at fostering a more environmentally considerate and resilient future.
