Bandar seri begawan: Four Haj officials from Darussalam Services Sendirian Berhad departed for Saudi Arabia on 22nd April afternoon to begin preparations for the arrival of haj pilgrims registered under the company's packages.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the departure was marked by a farewell at the Brunei International Airport. Present at the airport was Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, the Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs and Chairman of Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad. The delegation is being led by Awang Haji Mahmud bin Haji Mohamed, who serves as the Managing Director of Darussalam Services Sendirian Berhad.
This year's haj season will see 448 pilgrims using the company's services for their pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia. The early departure of the officials underscores the commitment to ensure smooth arrangements and a welcoming experience for the pilgrims upon their arrival.
