The Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs stated that efforts to strengthen the family institution are not solely the responsibility of parents, nor are they limited to courts, ministries, or religious institutions alone. Speaking at the premier talk paper presentation at the Fiqh Al-Usrah International Seminar, MUAFIQ 2025/2026, Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan explained that such efforts require collective commitment and coordinated action from families, communities, mosques, educational institutions, government agencies, legal institutions, welfare organizations, and leaders at all levels. According to Radio Television Brunei, the two-day seminar, themed 'Keluarga Bahagia Menjamin Warisan Insan Berkualiti Lagi Beriman,' involves 300 participants. MUAFIQ aims, among other things, to strengthen the development of blessed families that are sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah, while providing the public with greater understanding of family education.
