Decorative lights should also be installed starting the 1st of July 2026 until the 8th of August 2026. Pengiran and people bestowed with titles are to hoist their respective flags, while the public are to hoist the national flag.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the nationwide flag hoisting initiative is part of the celebratory activities planned for the milestone occasion.
