In a press release, the Public Works Department of the Ministry of Development announced immediate repair work at the Seria Water Treatment Plant.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the repair work involves clean water pumps and an electric control panel and will continue until completion. The affected areas include Mukim Seria, Mukim Kuala Balai, Mukim Kuala Belait, and nearby locations. Additionally, emergency repair work on the inlet pipe at Lumapas Lama Tank is underway. The affected regions, which include Kampung Bolkiah and Kampung Menunggol, will experience water supply disruptions and low water pressure.
