Doa Kesyukuran Event Marks Name Change of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Arabic School

Bandar seri begawan: A Doa Kesyukuran ceremony was held at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Arabic School to commemorate the school’s change of name from the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Girls Secondary Arabic Religious School to its current name. The ceremony took place at the school’s hall, on the morning of 4th November.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was officiated by Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs. The special Kesyukuran ceremony was held as a sign of gratitude towards His Majesty’s consent for the school’s name change on the 29th of March 2025. The ceremony also reflected the school’s resolution to continue the legacy of excellence in religious and Arabic education.
