Kampung penabai: A compound fine amounting to 500 Brunei Dollars was issued to a construction worksite located in Kampung Penabai, Tutong District. The Safety, Health and Environment National Authority, SHENA, in a statement informed that the enforcement action relates to failure to comply with Regulation 5, First-Aiders under the Workplace Safety and Health (First-Aid) Regulations.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the fine has been settled in full. Following the inspection, the occupier has undertaken the necessary corrective measures to address the non-compliance identified during the inspection.
A similar fine of 500 Brunei Dollars was also issued to a construction worksite in Kampung Negalang Ering, Mukim Batu Apoi, Temburong District. The fine has been settled in full.
