Cloudy Skies and Isolated Rains Forecasted Across the Philippines
Manila – Most regions in the Philippines are set to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers, as forecasted by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday.
According to Philippines News Agency, areas including Masbate, Sorsogon, Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. This weather condition is attributed to the shear line or trough of a low-pressure area, estimated at 465 kilometers east of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte.
