The Haj Management Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs will continue to strive in propagating knowledge on overseeing rituals of Haj pilgrimage and address issues that arose pertaining Haj. Speaking at the Certificate Presentation Ceremony and Haj and Umrah Instructor Muzakarah Resolution on Haj and Umrah, 1444 Hijrah/2023, the Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs called on stakeholders to enhance cooperation especially in planning innovative methods and programmes using attractive as well as suitable approaches for Haj course instructors including officers, higher education institution students and the public.
Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohd Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan also reminded haj and umrah instructors to channel knowledge on performing haj and umrah, its benefits and haj manners. The function took place yesterday afternoon at the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
The Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs said the said knowledge will prepare the intending haj pilgrims mentally, physically and mentally so that they can perform haj that is accepted by Allah.
The function continued with a working paper presentation titled 'Kelebihan Menghadapi Cabaran Perlaksanaan Ibadat Haji', delivered by Awang Haji Sammali bin Haji Adam, Head of Communication Unit, Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA. This was followed by the presentation of the Haj and Umrah Instructor Muzakarah Resolution, which underlined a number of matters in performing haj and oversee rituals of haj pilgrimage performed by women, as well as a certificate presentation ceremony.
