Post: Brunei Ministry Certifies ASEAN National Assessors in Front Office Training Program

Bandar Seri Begawan – The Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, through its Tourism Development Department, has certified 11 participants from academia and the hospitality industry as ASEAN National Assessors in Front Office. The certification’s closing ceremony took place on the afternoon of November 11th at a hotel in Kampung Anggerek Desa.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Certificates were awarded by Dayang Hajah Tutiaty Haji Abdul Wahab, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. This training program is part of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance the skills and quality of the tourism labor workforce in Brunei Darussalam. It focuses on elevating the quality of tourism professionals, particularly front-line staff in the hospitality industry. The Ministry recognizes the importance of providing quality services to visitors and international tourists, reflecting its commitment to boosting the tourism sector’s standards and capabilities.
