Khatam Al-Qur’an Ceremony Held by Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications

Bandar Seri Begawan: The Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications hosted a Khatam Al-Qur’an Ceremony on the afternoon of March 27. Organised by the E-Government National Centre, the event took place at the Pengiran Muda Abdul Malik Mosque in Kampung Tungku Katok.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony began with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah, led by Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, the Minister of Transport and Infocommunications. The event also included the presentation of endowments consisting of mosque necessities. The ceremony aimed to encourage the reading of the Al-Quran and to strengthen the bonds among the Ministry’s employees.
