Temburong: To ensure that the blood supply remains sufficient, especially during Ramadhan, a Blood Donation Campaign was held after breaking of the fast at the Pengiran Isteri Hajah Mariam Hospital, Temburong District, 21st February 2026. The campaign was organised by the hospital's Laboratory Blood Bank.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the campaign was organised at night to provide an opportunity for the public, especially fasting Muslims, to donate blood in a more comfortable and appropriate environment. During the campaign, a total of 23 donors registered, and from that total, 17 pints of blood were successfully collected. It is hoped that such campaigns will continue to receive continuous support from the public as a joint effort to help save lives.
