His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses that Al-Qur'an is the guidance and blessing for mankind to take them away from deviation and onto the right path, as in surah Yunus verse 57, "O humanity! Indeed, there has come to you a warning from your Lord, a cure for what is in the hearts, a guide, and a mercy for the believers." His Majesty made the titah during the final night of the National Musabaqah Al-Quran Reading for Adults 1444 Hijrah/2023.
