Aidilfitri Get-Together Ceremony Held at Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque

Mukim Kilanas: The National Mosque Youth Executive Committee Group and the Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque Takmir Committee organised an Aidilfitri Get-Together Ceremony in collaboration with the Youth Affairs Division of the Mosque Affairs Department. The event was held on the morning of April 13th at the Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque, Mukim Kilanas.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was attended by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism. A significant part of the event was a tazkirah or lecture titled ‘Syawal Diraikan, Ukhuwah Dieratkan’, focusing on the importance of maintaining relations as Muslims.

The annual event not only celebrates Syawal but also serves as a platform for youths to interact and strengthen solidarity. It offers an opportunity for participants to enhance their leadership skills, reinforcing community ties in the process.
