Bandar Seri Begawan: Two types of health products have been found to be adulterated with undeclared, scheduled poisons as listed in the Poisons Act 1956. The affected products, “Sea Dragon Sea Horse Zhiyang Wan” and “Xiang Li Xin Gang, Bi Min Kan Wan,” have not been approved for importation or sale by the Ministry of Health.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the Laboratory of Pharmacy Section, Department of Scientific Services, Ministry of Health, conducted tests on these products. As a result, these products are prohibited from being imported and sold within Brunei Darussalam.
