Bandar Seri Begawan: His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a titah stresses on the need for community leaders from various levels to take positive measures by adapting to more effective developments for the country. In the titah in conjunction with the Hari Raya 'Idil Fitri Celebration for 1446 Hijrah/2025 organised by Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, 12th April morning, His Majesty also emphasises that the social tradition inherited for generations cannot disappear in the modern era, and citizens and residents are still required to preserve it. His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratefulness to Allah SWT as by His blessings we are able to celebrate the Muslim ummah's day of victory, Hari Raya 'Idilfitri, filled with gratitude and joy.
