รายได้สุทธิ 100% จะสนับสนุนการช่วยเหลือ ฟื้นฟู และอนุรักษ์ช้างที่ใกล้สูญพันธุ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง ซานตาบาร์บารา รัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย , Nov. 02, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Elephant Project องค์กรในแคลิฟอร์เนียที่อุทิศตนเพื่อช่วยเหลือและฟื้นฟูช้าง ตลอดจนให้ความรู้เด็ก ๆ เกี่ยวกับการปกป้องช้าง ได้ประกาศเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อการกุศลตัวใหม่ล่าสุดคือ ชุดสินค้าลิมิเต็ดเอดิชัน “Kiki + Tembo Trunks Up” (ภาพด้านล่าง) รายได้สุทธิ 100% จากคอลเลกชันนี้ ซึ่งรวมถึงชุดนอนที่เข้าชุดกันสำหรับตุ๊กตา Kiki และ Tembo ยอดนิยมของ The Elephant Project จะถูกส่งตรงไปยังการฟื้นฟูช้างที่อุทยานแห่งชาติช้างอันโด่งดังของแสงเดือน “เล็ก” ไชเลิศ ในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย ซึ่งได้รับผลกระทบอย่างรุนแรงจากน้ำท่วมเมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ อุทยานแห่งชาติช้างเป็นแหล่งอนุรักษ์ช้างที่ได้รับความช่วยเหลือมาอย่างยาวนาน โดยมีช้างกว่า 200 ตัว ซึ่งหลายตัวมาจากอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวและการตัดไม้ ในช่วงกลางเดือนกันยายน เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันครั้งใหญ่ที่สร้างความเดือดร้อนให้กับอุทยานดังกล่าว โดยคร่าชีวิตช้างไปสองเชือก และทำให้ต้องอพยพช้างประมาณ 100 เชือก พร้อมด้วยนักท่องเที่ยวอีกหลายสิบคน […]
