Active Weather Conditions expected until 4th July 2023

Brunei Darussalam is currently in the Southwest Monsoon period. The country’s weather conditions are forecast to be active until the 4th of July 2023 with occasional heavy and thundery showers affecting many areas.

Wind speed may reach up to 45 kilometres per hour during or near heavy thundershowers. Sea state is generally slight, between 0.3 to 0.6 metre. The public are advised to take precautionary actions with respect to the forecasted active weather condition. There is a risk of flash floods, landslide and fallen trees during heavy showers and gusty condition.
