Tutong: The Voting and Selection Ceremony for the Head of Kampung Petani, Mukim Pekan Tutong was held on the morning of 10th May. The event took place at the Tutong District Civic Hall Complex, utilizing the ballot paper method for the selection process.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, Member of the Legislative Council, and Awang Haji Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer, were present at the ceremony. Awang Muhammad Bazli Bin Haji Ibrahim, aged 36, was the sole candidate for the position. The results from the voting and selection will be forwarded to the Ministry of Home Affairs for further processing.
