Vietnamese Vice-President Visits Universiti Brunei Darussalam to Boost Educational Ties


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN — Nguyen Khac Dinh, Vice-President of the National Assembly of Vietnam, furthered his working visit in Brunei with a stop at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) on the afternoon of August 10, focusing on enhancing educational cooperation between the two countries.



According to Radio Television Brunei, the visit included a meeting with UBD Vice-Chancellor, Doctor Hazri Bin Haji Kifle, where discussions centered on strengthening ties between higher education institutions in Brunei and Vietnam. The visit also featured a donation of 38 books from Vietnam to the UBD Library, covering topics such as Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation, aimed at enriching academic resources and fostering knowledge exchange.



His Excellency also toured the Vietnamese Language Classroom, observing instructional methods and engaging with students learning the Vietnamese language, highlighting the importance of cultural and educational exchanges in diplomatic relations.
